The circumnavigation trip of the current Portuguese Navy school ship aims to commemorate the historic feat of the Portuguese navigator Fernão de Magalhães in the early 16th century. In collaboration with Henrique Leitão, during the trip nautical measurements will be collected to compare the past and the present.
